Cross Dales picked me up after a business trip. The driver called me 15 minutes before my pickup to tell me where he was parked and the vehicle make and colour. He also text me his registration number so I could be 100% sure it was the right car. He was super polite and courteous. I’d highly recommend their service.

Transport to and from Birmingham Airport was punctual, well driven with a friendly driver. Flight back was delayed by 90 minutes but taxi was waiting when we eventually arrived. Drive back in snow and ice was careful. Will definitely use again.
